Mark is a practised based Associate Professor. Graduating as one of the UK’s youngest MBA students his Marketing career has seen him work with FTSE100 to tech Startups.

Mark has Headed up brands like Carling Lager, Thorntons Continental and Highcross Leicester. Mark has worked with GRAMMY winning Directors, and 8 figure budgets to ensure customers are understood and delighted with products and services. His passion for developing others has led him to help others work on themselves as a brand. He leads his classes with industry approved digital, data models and theories to increase their talent.

Mark has also helped over 300 Clients gain their dream job in Marketing through his Career Sat Nav Training and Coaching. Related to this Mark is a Speech, Commumications and Storytelling specialist and ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ resident TEDx Speaker Coach.   

Mark is a multiple winner of the ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ Vice Chancellor’s Distinguished Teaching Awards (VCDTA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Data in Marketing (IDM) the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)

Helping alumni take to the stage and gain over 100,000 views. 1-2-1 guidance on Content delivery and performance using unique 6 step program. Currently training Research teams to increase impact, influence and income with verbal communication.

Workshop on moderation helped professors increase high level pass rate by 20%

 IDM and CIM Lead – 2015 – 2025

University lead for Institute of Direct, Data and Digital Marketing (IDM) courses

and Digital Marketing excellence. Successfully devised and delivered material to

train over 400 students. Currently hold the highest UK pass rate of 95% for the

IDM Certificate Direct and Digital Marketing.

Business Law Faculty Executive Board to enable the delivery of overseas educational trips for over 600 Faculty students. secured approval of university-wide stakeholders and partners to execute over three continents.

Capfinity Strengths Based Coach - 2025

Pilot phase of working with 50 staff and students to gain a Strengths Profile assessment. Plan to identify and leverage their strengths for greater performance, and career progression used in HSBC, Primark, Deloitte, DHL and KPMG.
