Dr. Prashanna Nepal is a Lecturer in Business Management within the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ. His association with the university commenced in September 2022.

Dr. Nepal is a versatile professional who has seamlessly merged his academic journey and industry expertise. Dr. Nepal completed a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Teesside University's Business School.

During his doctoral research, he focused on investigating the factors that were associated with employee retention within the context of the UK hotel industry, specifically during the period of Brexit.
