PhD project

PhD Title
An Investigation into the use of BIM in green building construction project management: a comparison between UK and China

PhD project abstract

This research focuses on Project Management for green buildings comparing projects in to the UK and China. More specifically, how to apply advanced Construction Management approaches, such as BIM (Building Information Modelling), to green building projects, especially in the construction phase. This is necessary to achieve the expected building performance of green buildings, rather than just complete the delivery.
